Our commitment during covid

NYC Vet Group is proud to be your family’s health care provider, and we are committed to doing our part to help you and your pet stay safe and healthy during this pandemic.

To this end, we have increased safety measures and implemented operational changes throughout all three of our locations. Clients can feel assured that our clinics are meeting or exceeding all of the CDC’s guidelines by providing PPE to all staff, increasing the frequency of clinic sanitization, and offering curbside concierge drop off appointments while our waiting rooms remain closed to the public. We hope to be able to invite you back soon.

We are focused on protecting the health and safety of our health care team while maintaining the ability to keep serving your needs. We will continue to do all that we can to uphold the commitments we’ve made to support you and your pet’s health and to help navigate through these uncertain times.

What to expect during your next visit

We are open and we are here for your pet’s needs. At this time, only medical personnel are allowed in our facility. Our waiting room and exam rooms are closed to the public, however, we are offering concierge curbside service to all clients. Before arriving for your scheduled appointment, one of our veterinarians will call you directly to address any concerns you might have.

Upon your arrival, one of our veterinary technicians will greet you outside of our main entrance and take your pet inside for the exam. In the meantime, you’re more than welcome to wait outside of our facility, go for a walk, run some errands or return to your home while the exam is underway.

One of our veterinarians will call you after the exam is complete, and review any necessary treatment plans. All payments will be taken over the phone with one of our client service representatives, to provide you with an easy and stress-free experience.

All these necessary steps are done to keep you and our team safe by adhering to social distance recommendations. Communication is very important while taking care of your pet and continuing to maintain social distancing. Please stay on your phone. On behalf of all of us at NYC Vet Group, we greatly appreciate your understanding and vigilance. Stay Safe.

All our prescription diets are being processed through our online pharmacy for fast at-home delivery.
