Dr. Racioppo is a native New Yorker who is back after years of being a self-proclaimed nomad. In the past 10 years, she has lived in 9 different cities in 4 different countries. She graduated from Ross School of Veterinary Medicine in the Caribbean and finished her clinical rotation at North Carolina State University.
Her love of animals started with her pet turtle named Norman who taught her to appreciate all animals (not just the fuzzy ones). Not only does she treat dogs and cats, but she also treats hamsters, rabbits, reptiles, and pigs.
Dr. Racioppo is a member of the New York State Veterinary Medical Society, the American Veterinary Medical Association, and the Veterinary Medical Association of New York City. She is USDA certified to complete international travel health certificates. She is an experienced doctor with a special interest in surgery, dentistry, and exotic medicine.
Special interests: When she isn’t in the office, Dr. Racioppo enjoys exploring the city, painting, and running but lately she has been focusing on her newborn baby.
