Dr. Freda is a general practitioner from Short Hills, New Jersey.
When asked about her early veterinary influences, Dr. Freda says she has been fascinated by animals as far back as she can remember. “At one point, I brought home multiple stray cats from my neighborhood and hid them in our basement, hoping my parents wouldn’t notice, but they did, of course”.
Now that she’s a veterinarian in New York, Dr. Freda says she gains great satisfaction from improving the lives of people by caring for the pets that bring them so much unconditional love and loyalty.
Dr. Freda graduated from the University of Michigan with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. During her time in college, she started the university’s pre-veterinary club. She then enrolled in the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine and graduated with a Veterinary Medical Doctorate. Dr. Freda is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association, New York State and New York City Veterinary Medical Associations.
